Z-FRAME® Nesting Racks when nested have excellent mobility, moving as a continuous group, fit in the space of 10 non-nesting racks.
Z-FRAME® Nesting Racks Quick Change Caster System allows for fast and easy caster changes. The polyurethane dual precision bearing swivel caster offers extended durability and smooth mobility, & the frame is virtually indestructible.
WHAT Z-FRAME® NESTING RACKS WON’T DO
Many aluminum frames do not offer the proper support needed at the critical stress point where the caster and frame are attached causing frame failure. Racks become wobbly, unstable and dangerous.
Z-FRAME® Nesting Racks are built with heavy gauge stainless steel sockets that the casters & uprights press into, giving the stem casters and the frame the additional support they need. *See solution to left
Many aluminum frames provide a front tube that is not strong enough. The result is the front tube bends.
Z-FRAME® Nesting Racks are built with a stainless steel bottom frame that provides the rack with the durability to prevent bending. The front tube is eliminated to allow for nesting which in turn prevents employees from climbing or pushing the rack with their feet.
Many aluminum frames offer plate casters as a heavy duty option. They are difficult and very time consuming to replace.

Most aluminum racks are MIG welded and runners can break away from the frame.
Z-FRAME® Nesting Racks are TIG welded, which results in welds that do not break loose.
